A Garden City man wanted for attempted kidnapping was later arrested on Fairview Avenue naked. Lowell Rudlaff, 44, is charged with felony attempted kidnapping and burglary.

Oh man. That’s the way to go out, With a Bang. He was even helping the police do their job, directing traffic. Whata guy. He’d be pretty cool if he didn’t kidnap someone.
